I'd like to think my family is still together.

I'd like to think that they're still getting along well.

I'm not so up myself to think that I was the glue that kept them together. They got along well even before I appeared on the radar.

But somehow, it feels that way.

I don't want to lose that connection with all of you.

I don't want things to be awkward when I finally hold you in my arms.

I haven't been there for any of you, and for that I'm sorry.

If me disappearing has been a cause of your pain, then forget about me.

I'd rather you go back to the way you were, than with me in a shattered picture.

Just like a broken vase.
